Samuel C. Burks has a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Samuel C. began their career in 1993 as a Field Geologist at IT Corporation (International Technology), where they worked for four years before moving on to Hunt Oil Company in 1997. At Hunt Oil Company, Samuel served as a Geoscience Technician/GIS Analyst, utilizing their expertise in geoscience and geographic information systems.

From 1991 to 1993, Samuel C. Burks attended Sul Ross State University. Samuel C. pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology during this time.
