Sonal Thakker

Sonal has joined the firm recently and would lead the Industrial practice while also focusing on manufacturing at large. Sonal’s career spans over 25+ years of which she has over 15+ years of experience in Executive Search and was last associated with 3P Consultants as a Partner.

She has successfully delivered several CXO mandates for start-ups, SMEs and Indian conglomerates across the chemicals, agrochemicals, fertilizers, engineering, food, and healthcare sectors. Her specializations include Strategic Consulting, Key Account Management and Succession planning. She has worked across multiple geographies including the Middle East belt.

Prior to moving to the executive search industry, she spent a decade of her initial experience in corporate roles managing the MIS, Budgeting and Finance function.

Sonal is a graduate from the Mumbai University and has completed her PGDBM in Business Management and is also a Inter Cost Accountant.

Sonal is a travel & sports enthusiast and is passionate about gardening.
