Sunit Mehra is a Partner at Hunt Partners and former Chairman of United Way Mumbai. Sunit has over three decades of experience in the social impact and development sector, with a focus on ethical business, high-touch engagement, and professionalism.

Mehra began their career in the corporate sector before transitioning to the social sector in the early 1990s. Sunit spent several years working in various leadership roles at United Way Mumbai, where they helped the organization scale and sustain its social impact. In 2008, they were appointed Chairman, a position they held for three years.

In 2011, Mehra co-founded Third Sector Partners (TSP), a social enterprise that provides leadership solutions for social impact and development organizations. TSP has become recognized as India’s leading search firm for leadership positions across INGOs, NGOs, Bilateral Aid Agencies, Academic Institutes, Social Ventures, Impact Investors, Healthcare providers, and CSR.

Under Mehra’s leadership, TSP has helped hundreds of organizations find the strong leadership talent they need to achieve their goals. Sunit is passionate about making a difference in the social sector and is committed to helping organizations create positive change in the world.

Sunit Mehra began their educational career at the University of Pennsylvania in the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology. They then went on to study marketing and management at The Wharton School.
