David Milner

David Milner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 1998, they worked for Stepan Company in various roles including Director of Regulatory Affairs, Director of Environmental, Health & Safety, and Director of Environmental, Health & Safety & Security. In 2012, they joined Ascend as a Sr. ESSH Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of environmental, health & safety, security, and property insurance. In 2015, they joined Hunt Refining Company as a Director of Health & Safety. Currently, David is semi-retired and working part-time as a Golf Starter at Point Mallard.

David Milner completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Safety Management from Indiana State University. David attended the university from 1974 to 1979.
