Lavonda Dodd

Lavonda Dodd has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Hunt Refining Company since July 2002, after holding the position of Senior HR Representative. In this role, Lavonda is responsible for compensation analysis and reporting, and oversees company-wide recruitment for exempt and salaried/non-exempt positions across multiple locations. Prior to this, Lavonda worked at ADTRAN from June 1996 to June 2002 as a Sales Compensation Auditor, where responsibilities included processing sales commission payroll, reporting key revenue metrics to executive management, and developing compensation procedures. Lavonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Management - Human Resources from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
