Matt Lambert has a diverse work experience in the oil industry. Matt has held various roles at Hunt Refining Company, including Vice President of Light Oil Sales Marketing & Logistics, Vice President of Light Oils Marketing, Vice President of Operations, Director of Refining Operations - Sandersville & Tuscaloosa, Operations Manager, Cracking & Reforming Area Operations Superintendent, Crude Unit / Oil Movements / Water Treatment Area Operations Superintendent, RF Optimization & Planning Engineer, and Coker Process Engineer. Prior to their time at Hunt Refining Company, Lambert worked at ExxonMobil as a Refinery Fuels Coordinator, Resid & Black Oil Coordinator, Lubes & Specialties Planning Economist, and Low Sulfur Mogas Process Engineer.

Matt Lambert earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the certifications "Advancing Negotiation Skills" from Scotwork North America in January 2022, and "Leading Strategic Growth" from Columbia Business School in October 2021.
