Stephen Matthews

Stephen Matthews is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate legal counsel across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President & General Counsel at Hunt Refining Company since October 2024, Stephen previously held key legal positions at Aramco and Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included negotiating complex agreements and managing compliance issues. Earlier roles at Delek US Holdings, Enable Midstream Partners, and ConocoPhillips involved supervising legal teams and handling commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and real estate transactions on a global scale. Stephen earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
