Maryann Hermann

Maryann Hermann has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the finance and real estate industries. Maryann started their career in 1993 as an Accountant at Kranzco Realty Trust. Maryann then worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Legg Mason Real Estate Services from 1995 to 1998. In 2004, they joined CMS Companies as a Senior Partnership Accountant. Maryann later worked at CAPMARK INVESTMENTS as a Portfolio Controller from 2007 to 2010. Since 2010, Maryann has been with Hunt Companies, initially serving as the Vice President and currently holding the position of Chief Compliance Officer.

Maryann Hermann earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and French from Penn State University between 1986 and 1991. In 1996 to 2000, they pursued an MBA in Information Systems at the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Later, Maryann attended the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Taxation. Maryann also holds additional certifications such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the PA State Board of Accountancy, a Series 24 General Securities Principal License, and a Series 7 General Securities Representative License from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
