Phil Wrobel

Phil Wrobel, ASLA, LEED AP, is the Vice President of Commercial Sales and Land Acquisition at Hunt Communities. With extensive experience in land development, Phil has successfully managed large-scale construction projects and led significant development initiatives, including overseeing multiple housing projects for the U.S. Army. Phil’s expertise encompasses master planning, project management, and negotiations, while consistently achieving cost savings and revenue growth. Phil earned a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture with minors in Marketing and Planning at Ball State University.
