Hayden Smith

Hayden Smith is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Hunted Labs since December 2023, Smith leads a team providing cybersecurity and advisory services to the US Department of Defense, US Intelligence Community, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this role, Smith was the Senior Director of Field Services at Anchore from May 2019 to December 2023, where solutions for software supply chain security were developed for Fortune 100 and US Government clients. Smith also held various positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, including Lead Technologist and Senior Consultant, focusing on DevOps and cybersecurity. Earlier experience includes supporting defense analysis at Naval Postgraduate School. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California, earned between 2012 and 2015.
