Barbara Pietka

Barbara Pietka currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Hunteed since May 2023, focusing on client support and retention on the platform, recruitment advisory, and collaboration with the sales team. Prior experience includes a similar role at Zcomme from February 2022 to April 2023, and at Figaro Classifieds from March 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities involved client portfolio management, training, and process improvement. Barbara previously worked at Sarenza handling customer service for Poland, as well as in various customer-facing roles at Residences Hipark and Mahola Hôtesses, where event management and guest satisfaction were key. Barbara holds a Master 1 degree in Psychopathology and Cognitive-Behavioral Clinical Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Bachelor's in Applied Foreign Languages.
