John M. Shrewsbury

John M. Shrewsbury, PE, DBIA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government contracting and project management. Currently serving as the President of USA Federal Contracting Services, LLC since 2011, John specializes in consulting for government and commercial real estate projects. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Charles Schwab Corporation, where John led various tenant improvement projects, and Senior Project Manager at NOAA, overseeing significant waterfront facilities projects. John held senior leadership positions at DynCorp International and Washington Group International, focusing on business development and contract management. Having retired as a Captain in the US Navy's Civil Engineer Corps, John brings a wealth of experience and leadership from diverse roles, including Chief of Staff for Navy Region Hawaii. John holds a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and multiple degrees in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University.
