Nikki Soss

Nikki Soss currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Logistics and Distribution at Hunter Douglas, Inc., a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nikki Soss spent over 14 years at Arxada, formerly Lonza, progressing from Senior Logistics Manager to Associate Director, Global Logistics. Earlier experience includes roles at Bluelinx, where responsibilities included managing compliance for product movement, contracting with ocean carriers, and enhancing communication with logistics partners. Nikki Soss holds a degree in Logistics and Transportation from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
