Nathan Eldridge

Nathan Eldridge has a diverse work experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Nathan started their career as an Engineering Co-op at Parker Hannifin in 2003. Nathan then worked as an Engineering Technician at Basell Polyolefins in 2005. Nathan joined TAC Manufacturing, Inc. in 2006 as a Production Engineer, where they were responsible for diecasting operations. Nathan led various improvement activities, including reducing quality rejections and implementing new casting cells. In 2008, they joined Parker Hannifin again, this time as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In this role, they led multiple cross-functional projects, managed the divesture of a line of business, and implemented process improvements to drive profitability and productivity. Nathan then became the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Hunter Fan Company in 2016. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills throughout their career.

Nathan Eldridge has a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Business Administration from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School. Nathan also holds a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification obtained from The AIT Group in May 2012.
