They have led Nominating-Governance and Compensation Committees and have a strong background in strategic partnerships, sales, and product management. Mark is recognized as a mobile internet pioneer, having achieved several industry milestones, and has actively contributed to local start-up communities and educational institutions over the past two decades. They have held significant leadership roles at companies such as Avidien Technologies, Motorola, and IBM, and were instrumental in founding EvoNexus, a notable incubator in the U.S. Mark earned a BS in Engineering Management from Stanford University.
