Parag Mody

Parag Mody, MBA, SPHR, is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in international HR at Hunter Industries. Previously, Parag held senior HR roles at Erickson-Hall Construction Co., where responsibilities included serving as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, and at Sullivan Solar Power as Director of Human Resources. Parag also contributed to the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, focusing on mindfulness and emotional intelligence training, and served as Vice President of Finance & Human Resources at Cali Bamboo before its acquisition by High Road Capital Partners. Parag holds an Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University ILR School and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
