Rafael Godinez

Rafael Godinez is an Associate Quality Engineer at Hunter Industries since June 2023, previously serving as a Contract Manufacturing Engineer. Prior experience includes working as an Installer/Safety Inspector at Inland Auto Equipment from March 2019 to June 2023, where collaboration in a high-pressure environment ensured the safe installation of automotive equipment and the implementation of quality inspection protocols. Additionally, during a brief tenure as a Process Engineer at Ferrara in mid-2022, Rafael improved process consistency on the Nerds Gummy Cluster Line and contributed to the development of a new product projected to generate significant annual revenue. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Arizona Global Campus.
