Yina Guo

Yina Guo is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in quality engineering and materials science. Currently serving as Lead Quality Engineer at Hunter Industries since October 2019, Yina previously held the position of Technical Sales and Support Scientist at Hydrion Scientific, where responsibilities included supplying lab equipment for chemistry and biochemistry. Yina's academic background includes a PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Birmingham, complemented by earlier degrees in Materials Engineering and Materials Processing and Controlling Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University. Yina also has experience as an Electron Microscopist at the University of Limerick, overseeing microscopy operations and collaborating with researchers, and served as a Research Assistant at the University of Birmingham, focusing on materials research.
