Edwin J Gomez has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Edwin J began their career at Bell Mitsubishi as a B Level Service Technician. In 2012, they joined Promedia, a New Era Technology Company, as an Apple Support Engineer/Helpdesk Tech, Tier 1 Support Specialist, Inside Sales Support, and Network and Technology Technician. Edwin J also worked at MarketSource Inc. as a Technical Sales Consultant for Hewlett Packard from 2012 to 2014. In 2018, they joined HunterTechnologies as a Network Engineer/Lead Help Desk Support Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Extreme Networking switches, routers, and Identifi Wireless Networking. Edwin J also configured Avaya IP and Digital Phones and had knowledge of Connectwise ticketing system and logistics information. Additionally, they used JAMF Pro Tools.

Edwin J Gomez attended Union College - NJ from 2011 to 2016, graduating with a degree in Business Management with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Edwin J also attended Lincoln Tech from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master Certification in Automotive Technology. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Ocularis 5 from On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc in 2016, and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in 2014.
