Dean Cecil

Dean Cecil is an experienced professional in the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as the Development Services Team Leader at Hunter Water since March 2016, overseeing development assessment and infrastructure works in the Hunter region. Previously, Dean held various roles at Forgacs Marine and Defence from December 2009 to March 2016, including Planning Manager and Senior Technical Officer, where responsibilities involved project planning for the Air Warfare Destroyer naval project. Dean also contributed to RPC Technologies Pty Ltd as a Production Technician in 2009, and earlier served as a Development Engineer - Cadet at Port Macquarie-Hastings Council from 2006 to 2009, along with an apprenticeship as a Bridge Carpenter focusing on civil construction. Dean completed education at Port Macquarie High School from 2000 to 2005.
