Special Education Paraeducator And RBT at Hunterdon Central Regional High School

Christy Kilpatrick has a diverse range of work experience in the field of special education and behavior analysis. Christy most recently worked as a Special Education Paraeducator and Registered Behavior Technician at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. Prior to that, they worked at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. as a Registered Behavior Technician and later as a Behavior Assistant. In these roles, they implemented behavior analysis services, collected data, and assisted with the acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors. Before joining Positive Behavior Supports Corp., Christy worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Readington Township Board of Education. In this position, they documented behaviors and interventions, assisted teachers with managing student behavior using ABA techniques, and provided supervision in the absence of the teacher.

Christy Kilpatrick obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In 2018, they also obtained the Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
