Sid Harper is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Mergers and Acquisitions Director for Hunting since December 2011, Sid bridges Operations and Finance for significant capital investments and oversees the M&A function, including divestitures. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Controller for Dresser-Rand, where management of multiple financial teams for a $200 million operation took place, and as Manager of Financial Reporting at Boeing, overseeing reporting for an $11 billion government contract.
