Izabella A. Gieras

Izabella A. Gieras has a strong background in clinical engineering and technology management. Izabella A. is currently the Director of Clinical Engineering at Cedars-Sinai since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Huntington Memorial Hospital starting from August 2010. Before that, they served as the Director of Clinical Engineering at Aramark/Mount Sinai Medical Center from November 2008 to August 2010. Their earlier experience includes being the Director of Technology Management at Beaumont Services Company, William Beaumont Hospital from June 2000 to November 2008.

Izabella A. Gieras has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Izabella A. then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, completing it from 1998 to 2000. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Walsh College and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
