Jason Madamba, PharmD, currently serves as the Manager of Pharmacy Services at Huntington Hospital since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jason spent over a decade at UCLA Health, first as a Staff Pharmacist from July 2002 to June 2003 and subsequently as a Clinical Coordinator from May 2011 to March 2022. Jason's early career included a position as a Clinical Pharmacist at Huntington Hospital from July 2003 to April 2011, following a Pharmacy Practice Residency at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System from July 2001 to June 2002. Jason holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California, earned between 1995 and 2001.
