Nirav Kamdar MD, MPP, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Nirav is currently serving as the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Clinical Operations at Huntington Health, where they lead various initiatives related to quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, case management, care coordination, palliative care, utilization management, clinical research, and hospital-wide patient flow. In this role, they manage a team of 6 Executive Directors/Directors and over 60 indirect reports. Notably, they successfully increased sepsis bundle compliance from 49% to 83% within 7 months through collaboration with a cross-functional team.

In 2014, they pursued an Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, which they completed in 2018. Between 2011 and 2014, they engaged in an Anesthesiology Residency Program at Harvard Medical School, focusing on anesthesia.
