Andrew Hicks

Andrew Hicks currently serves as Vice President of Legislative Affairs at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc., a position held since March 2011, following prior experience as Director of Legislative Affairs within the same organization. Before this role, Andrew Hicks was Director of Legislative Affairs at Northrop Grumman Corporation from July 2008 to March 2011. Andrew began a career in legislative roles with the U.S. House of Representatives, working as Legislative Director and Military Legislative Assistant from September 2004 to July 2008, and briefly as a Legislative Correspondent for the US Congress in June 2004. Prior experience includes serving as Division Officer in the US Navy from May 2000 to May 2004. Andrew Hicks earned a B.S. in Political Science/Naval Science from Vanderbilt University and a Master's degree in Political Management from The George Washington University.
