Charles Wilson

Charles Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Program Engineering Manager at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since January 2004, Charles has also held significant leadership roles within the INCOSE Blues Chapter as Director, Past President, and VP since January 2011. Prior experience includes a tenure as Plant Manager in the Flexible and Corrugated Packaging Industry from 1991 to 2003 and a decade of service in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1991, where Charles advanced to the rank of Lieutenant, overseeing operations on nuclear submarines and destroyers. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, with ongoing studies at Mississippi State University.
