Malcolm Eugene

Malcolm Eugene is an experienced educator specializing in special education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Huntington High School since August 2023. Previously, Malcolm held the position of Dean of Students at The Academy Charter School and served as a Lead Teacher for 8th grade U.S. history at St. Hope Leadership Academy. With a strong background in special education, Malcolm has also worked as an Interrelated Special Education Teacher for DeKalb County School District and as a Special Education Teacher with the NYC Department of Education and NYC Teaching Fellows. Additional expertise includes work as a Social Studies Teacher at Harry S. Truman High School, a Recreational Counselor at PSCH, and a Youth Partner/Skill Builder at Pederson Krag. Malcolm holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Stony Brook University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from ASA College.
