Adam Helmer

Adam Helmer currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Pacific Premier Bank since May 2022. Prior to this role, Adam was the Consumer Digital CIO at Huntington National Bank, overseeing IT operations and the strategic project portfolio across multiple banking segments from January 2015. Adam's previous experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer at AEP Energy from August 2012 to December 2014, where leadership was provided for the technology organization. Adam also held the position of Technology Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, leading architecture and development within the digital technology organization from March 2003 to August 2012. Earlier in Adam's career, Adam worked as an IT Consultant at Accenture between 1998 and 2003, developing financial service applications for clients. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
