Flynn Shannon

Flynn Shannon is a Senior Data Scientist and Assistant Vice President at Huntington National Bank since May 2023, with prior experience as a Software Engineer at GARD and as a Data Scientist and Research Software Engineer at Battelle. Shannon has a background in mathematics, holding a Bachelor's degree in Classical Mathematics from Kenyon College, where involvement included tutoring in multivariable calculus and serving as a scientific computing grader. Early career experiences include an internship in machine learning and natural language processing at ARiA, a role as a Blockchain Engineer at ideaXdesign, and serving as a Junior Fellow at the Library of Congress, where significant contributions included the development of a web browser extension.
