Niki Lombardo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in program management and HR operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Program Manager of Early Career/University Relations at Huntington National Bank since December 2018, Niki develops university relationships to enhance talent acquisition for an esteemed internship program and oversees early career programs aligned with talent strategies. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resource Operations at Huntington, where a team transformed HR service delivery, and a range of leadership positions at Cardinal Health, Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, focusing on strategic HR management, compliance, and operational support. Niki holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
