Phyllis Foxworth

Phyllis Foxworth is a Senior Manager of Advocacy at the Huntington's Disease Society of America since May 2023. Previously, Phyllis spent nearly a decade at the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance as a Peer and Policy Advancement expert, co-authoring nine research papers and serving as a co-principal investigator for three PCORI projects focused on health care access and treatment outcomes for major depressive disorder. Earlier experience includes a role as Product Communication Manager at Nokia, where Phyllis managed budgets and collaborated on branding strategies, and as a Homeless Advocate, where program development focused on effective parenting support at a family residency shelter. Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Paralegal from Roosevelt University.
