Stephanie Forbes

Stephanie Forbes is a dedicated social worker currently serving at Henry Ford Health as part of the Huntington’s Disease Center of Excellence since January 2022. With extensive experience in the field, Stephanie has also been a social worker for the Michigan Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America since November 2016. Previous roles include Director of Social Services at Regency At Waterford, MSW Intern at Botsford Cancer Center, social worker at The Manor of Farmington Hills, and discharge planner at Heartland Healthcare Center. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Ferris State University and completed further education at Michigan State University.
