Susan Reynolds

Susan Reynolds is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the HDSA Orange & San Diego Counties Chapter Social Worker at the Huntington's Disease Society of America since November 2021, Susan previously contributed significantly at the University of Washington Medical Center from March 2014 to October 2021 as a Clinical Social Worker in Virology and Neurogenetics clinics, focusing on clients with HIV, Huntington's Disease, and neurogenetic conditions. Susan held leadership roles, including Director of Hospice at Caroline Kline Galland Home Hospice Services, overseeing hospice operations, and served as a Contract Social Worker at the Department of Veterans Affairs. With a strong foundation in hospice care management at Swedish Visiting Nurse Services, Susan has provided clinical supervision and advocacy for quality end-of-life care. Susan holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Social Welfare from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
