J.R.’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing, leasing, hospitality and construction transactions. He advises individuals, corporate entities, investment funds, sovereign wealth funds and foreign governments on a wide variety of real estate related transactions both domestically and internationally.

J.R. is also well versed in all aspects of the Main Street Lending Program (a financing vehicle created by virtue of the CARES Act) and he and his team have, as of October 1, 2020, been responsible for advising on and documenting more than 10% of the Main Street Loans funded across the country.
