David Pan

David (Yongjian) Pan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and compliance services. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Compliance Service Group at Llinks since July 2020, David has also held various roles at Huntsman since September 2006, including Deputy Division Counsel for Huntsman Polyurethanes and Director of Legal Services. Prior to his tenure at Huntsman, David worked as an Associate at Junhe Law Offices and Shanghai Duan&Duan Law Firm. David's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, a Doctor of Laws from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Master's in International Economic Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and a Bachelor's in Economics from Zhejiang Gongshang University.
