Diego Rodríguez Richmond

Diego Rodríguez Richmond is the Head of HR Shared Services Americas at Huntsman Corporation since June 2023. Previously, Diego held the position of HR Staffing Manager at Intel Corporation from January 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading an internal hiring team, onboarding new employees, and improving hiring processes. Diego has extensive experience in payroll and HR operations, having served as HR Ops Manager for Payroll & Stock at Intel and as GHRS Regional Payroll Lead at Cargill. An educator, Diego was also a Research Methodologies Professor at Universidad de Iberoamerica. Diego holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Strategic Leadership and an MBA in Operations Management, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and management principles.
