Karen Eltz

Karen Eltz serves as the Global Head of Real Estate at Huntsman Corporation since June 2023, overseeing all real estate initiatives for a specialty chemical leader operating in 30 countries. Prior to this role, Karen was the VP of Corporate Real Estate, Facilities and Construction Strategy at PharmaCann Inc from 2020 to 2022, managing a national portfolio in one of the largest privately owned alternative wellness companies. Between 2004 and 2020, Karen held the position of Executive Director and Global Account Director at JLL, where responsibilities included executing strategic real estate solutions and managing extensive commercial and industrial portfolios. Karen's earlier roles at McDonald's included Director of Business Partnerships and Director of Corporate Real Estate, focusing on U.S. corporate portfolio management and business development. Karen holds a Master of Architecture in Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
