Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body and environmental care, since August 2020. Concurrently, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
