Tom Ninke is a seasoned professional in manufacturing excellence and environmental management, currently serving as the Global Manufacturing Excellence Director for Huntsman's Performance Products division since October 2006. In this role, Tom drives the division's global manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. Previous positions at Huntsman include Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, Plant Manager at the Houston facility, and Senior Manager for Global EHS, where Tom established global EHS standards and led sustainability initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Environmental Engineer at MEMC Electronic Materials and ENSR, and as a Production/Process Engineer at Equistar. Tom holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
