Shubhrangsu Dutta

Shubhrangsu Dutta currently serves as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Excellence at Mondelēz International since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shubhrangsu accumulated extensive experience at Procter & Gamble from February 2005 to October 2023, holding various leadership positions, including Plant Manager and Femcare Supply Chain Leader. Responsibilities included end-to-end business planning, operating strategy definition, and adherence to cost, cash, and service metrics. Shubhrangsu also led initiatives in Operational Excellence, managing key metrics such as HSE, Quality, Service, and Inventory, while successfully implementing Lean and TPM across multiple plants. Shubhrangsu is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai with a PGDIM in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering and Management from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
