Sajn Shaji

Sajn Shaji is an experienced professional in human resources operations, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Upskkillsquare since November 2023. With a diverse background, Sajn has held various roles including Technical Recruiter at Huntsmen & Barons, Human Resources Administrative Officer at a haircare company, and Sourcing Specialist at Rubicon Skill and Development. Additionally, Sajn has been involved as an HR Recruiter with HR URS and as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at FMG Industry. An MBA graduate from the Poona Institute of Management, Sajn also holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, equipping Sajn with valuable insights into human behavior to enhance recruitment and HR practices.
