Felicia Matthews

Felicia Matthews has over 20 years of work experience in the staffing industry. Felicia began their career in 1996 as an Operations Support Coordinator for TEKsystems/AeroTek. In 2004, they joined Yoh IT as a HR Operations Support Manager/Coordinator and Consultant Manager/Coordinator. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as a National Accounts Compliance Manager for Signature Consultants. In this role, they provided back office support to drive the productivity of the recruiting and sales organization, managed entire compliance for Wells Fargo account nationwide, managed and guaranteed weekly disbursement/distribution of multi-state payroll, processed incurred and prepaid work expenses for consultants, reconciled and researched timecards for National Account invoicing, audited payroll weekly, communicated actively with HR, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and trained employees on back-end production operations. In 2018, they joined HuntSource as a Business Operations Manager.

Felicia Matthews attended Central High School and graduated with a diploma in 1991. Felicia then attended Metropolitan Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they earned an Associates in Business Administration. Felicia also attended Metropolitan Community College for Business Administration, but did not earn a degree.
