Rocky Farragher

Rocky Farragher is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system management. Currently serving as the Senior Information Technology Support at Huntsville Hospital since October 2021, Rocky provides on-site computer hardware support for the Decatur and Morgan branches. Prior to this role, Rocky worked at BBVA Compass as a System Support Specialist, where the focus was on operating and maintaining the Aspect Unified IP auto dialing system. Earlier experience includes serving as a Deskside Support Technician at Pomeroy, offering comprehensive support for end users and various office equipment. Rocky holds an Associate's Degree in Electronics, Computer, and Telecommunications Technology from Herzing University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
