Krissa Graham

Krissa Graham has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving in the Insurance and Authorizations department at Huntsville Memorial Hospital since August 2018, where responsibilities include scheduling, registering, and admitting patients while gathering essential demographic and insurance data. Previously, Krissa held a position as a Life and Health Insurance Agent at Bankers Life in 2016 and worked in insurance and authorizations at Huntsville Memorial Hospital from June 2007 to February 2016. Earlier experience includes a Clerk III role at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice from October 2002 to September 2004, providing customer service and administrative support. Krissa obtained a CPC Certification in Medical Billing and Coding from Wichita Technical Institute in 2018.
