Jonathan McWilliams

Jonathan McWilliams has extensive experience as a bassist, having held roles in various symphony orchestras since 2013. Jonathan served as a Section Bassist at the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera starting in May 2013, then moved on to become the Principal Bassist at the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra in May 2014. Currently, they are working as a Low strings instructor at the Gwinnett School Of Music since May 2019.

Jonathan McWilliams completed a Graduate Diploma at Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Jonathan then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, General from the University of North Texas. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Music Performance, General at Yale University. Ultimately, Jonathan obtained a Doctoral degree in Music from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
