Mike Rogers

Mike Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike is currently employed as an Engineer at Huntsville Utilities since November 2021. Prior to that, Mike worked at SSP Innovations, LLC from 2017 to 2022 as a Solution Consultant. At Graphic Technologies, Inc., Mike held two roles; they served as a Sales Consultant from 2007 to 2016, leading the marketing and sales efforts, and as a GIS Consultant from 1998 to 2008, providing consulting services and marketing expertise. Mike was also a member of GITA SE Chapter from 1999 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Bentley Systems from 1997 to 1998, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Intergraph from 1991 to 1997. Mike's work experience also includes serving as a Captain and Test Facility Engineer in the United States Air Force from 1986 to 1991, where they oversaw engineering contractors and developed a test control system configuration management database.

Mike Rogers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Mike then pursued further education at the University of Tennessee from 1987 to 1990, focusing on Engineering/Industrial Management, although they did not complete a full degree program and only took Masters course work.
