Kerry Sharkey

Kerry Sharkey has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently, Kerry serves as the UK Operations Director at Huntswood, where they lead the entire operation across the UK, providing resourcing and outsourcing solutions to clients in various industries. Prior to this role, Kerry held several positions at TSB Bank, including Head of Telephony and Channel Support, Head of Business Planning and Channel Support, Head of Operational Support, and Telephone Banking Centre Manager. At TSB Bank, Kerry was responsible for delivering contact center performance and strategy, implementing operational improvements, and managing the delivery of customer interactions. Kerry also has experience at Lloyds Banking Group, where they served as the Regional Senior Operations Manager for Contact Centres in Scotland West and as the Head of Sales for Scotland and North East. In these roles, Kerry focused on delivering efficient and customer-centric services while increasing profitability.

Kerry Sharkey attended Glasgow Caledonian University, where they studied Social Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame High School in Glasgow.
