Tom Bower

Tom Bower is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Huntswood since January 2023, Tom is also a Co-Founder at olto-ai from January 2025. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Capital One from October 2021 to December 2022 and at Provident Personal Credit from November 2020 to October 2021. Tom spent several years at Lloyds Banking Group as a Financial Services Manager from February 2013 to October 2020. Tom holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and an earlier BA Hons in Business Studies from St Edwards College, completed from 1999 to 2006.
