As the owner and manager of Mapleview Apartments since 2004, Jim oversees 22 apartments in Nevada, Iowa. Previous roles include Realtor Associate at Friedrich Iowa Realty, Real Estate Manager at Stephens Media LLC, and Vice President of Sales at Bear Graphics, where Jim contributed to the launch of The Sun Newspaper. With a strong background in advertising and marketing, Jim has held various positions at The Ames Tribune and other publications. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University and completed real estate education certification in 2013.
